At NO time should anyone assume that purchasing a Bedsore Free Device will reduce the amount of bedsores or prevent a bedsore from occurring on a patient. The Bedsore Free Device is only a tool and it must be monitored by the care provider.
The Bedsore Free Device was developed solely with the understanding that the medical profession has determined that if bed-ridden patients are turned in a timely manner, then bedsores can be reduced or completely prevented altogether.
The Bedsore Free Device is capable of turning a bed-ridden patient from their back to their either side in a timely manner only if an operator of the device timely moves the patient or the optional automatic system is utilized by turning the patient on a timed interval, as specified by a doctor.
The Bedsore Free Device cannot in itself reduce or prevent bedsores without the aid of a care provider to keep the patient clean, dry and medicate the areas on the patient, as directed by a doctor. Each patient is different and has different needs that must be addressed by the care provider. Care must be given when turning patients so they do not lay on their arm that could cut off circulation. When patients are moved from their back to their side, care must be given to the patient's head. The patient's head must be supported adequately after the turn and the sheets and blankets must be adjusted when necessary.
The Bedsore Free Device is not capable of monitoring the amount of air pressure being subjected to any chamber of the device and must rely on the care provider to stop the inflation and deflation as needed.
The Bedsore Free Device has the capability to move patients farther than desired. This is why that bed rails should be set in the upright position when moving the patient to their side.
If the Bedsore Free Device is used with the optional automatic system, it is mandatory that the system be calibrated for each patient.
The Bedsore Free Device is a tool. This tool must be used as directed and for the purpose that it was designed. To do otherwise, could give undesirable results.

I will stand behind the Bedsore Free Device to do as advertised. If you are not satisfied with the operation of the Bedsore Free Device within 30 days, you need only call the phone number found on the documentation given with delivery of the Bedsore Free Device (936-756-2151), tell whomever answers, your name, address and phone number, the reason that the Bedsore Free Device did not meet your expectations, box up the Bedsore Free Device and all material that came with it and send it back to the address provided with the documentation. After the Bedsore Free Device and materials are received, the amount of funds that was paid for the Bedsore Free Device will be credited to your account or a check will be mailed back to you to the address where you specify. Within the first 90 days, if any part of the Bedsore Free Device fails due to a manufacture defect (chambers start to leak because of seal failure, support straps internal of device break or come unsealed, or due to some other defect) and such cause does not indicate over pressuring (stretched material discolors when over pressured), you only need to send the failed item to the address provided with an explanation of the problem and a new item will be sent at no charge. The replacement item guarantee continues from the original purchase date plus 5 days shipping time. This guarantee requires the customer’s explanation of the problem.
If within 30 days, a customer would like to exchange the Bedsore Free Device for a different size than ordered, the customer need only call the phone number found in the documentation provided with the Bedsore Free Device. Tell the person who answers, that you want to exchange the Bedsore Free Device for a different size. At that point it will be determined whether you will receive a refund minus shipping for a smaller size or if the customer will have to include an up-charge plus shipping after sending the replacement back.
